Site Assessments - Bristol Valley Foods
12/24/2008

Bristol Valley Foods was a vacant, 111,000 square foot food processing facility sitting on approximately 35 acres of previously undeveloped land.  CEM was contracted to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment as part of the sale of this property.  Potential environmental concerns were present, but were ultimately eliminated by CEM through extensive records search and interview activities.  Following CEM’s assessment, property transfer was completed and the facility underwent renovation for reuse.
